    @waldemar-wspaniały Cześć Waldek, Twoje Premium jest przypisane do konta, na którym miałeś zakupioną aplikację. To adres e-mail. Starczy się tylko do niego zalogować i aplikacja od razu rozpozna, czy masz Premium czy nie. Jeśli nie pamiętasz hasła, możesz je odzyskać tutaj.

    Aplikace zřejmě neumí poznat slovo “ČESKÁ” coby místní název a nabídnout ho tak. Ulice, název zastávky, obec… sice se zeptá na č.p., ale pak nabízí vše v okolí, co obsahuje Česká (což je úplně všechno) a zadané číslo.

    Dobrý den chci se přidat právě jsem si aktivoval premium a doufal sem že tato skvělá aplikace poběží i na zepp os...jediná chyba kvůli které trošku lituji že mám amazfit. Opravdu bych si to přál aby byli mapy.cz kompatibilní... Ale to se asi nestane

Is that how it should be? Everyone knows the answer. That’s just not how websites are run these days. Let’s hope the mapy.com team is ready to make a change—one that’s problematic for both sides

    @storch Yes, I agree! I use the app without navigation to save battery. I only look at the map occasionally to check the route, so I don’t need the app to continuously update my position in the background. In both scenarios, whether the route is imported as a GPX file or planned directly in the app, it is hard to use because the route regularly deselects itself in the background, and menu overlays get in the way. I feel like the app is missing a mode where you only see the map with the route always displayed, without background GPS/navigation and with a clean interface without menus. This would be useful for both planned routes and GPX-imported routes.

    @Ewelina Thank you so much for your response! Unfortunately, a mapping tool restricted to metric units is useless in the US. If you could make this feature available in the future, that would be terrific.

    @Jan-Buriánek Děkuji za radu s tím sdílením. Zkopíroval jsem odkaz trasy pod starým přihlášením, přihlásil se pod novým a tam pak otevřel odkaz a uložil trasu. Nyní naviguje, zdá se, jak má. Moc děkuji Leoš.

To answer your questions: Yes, Mapy.com Premium is linked to your account, so if you are logged in with the same account, Premium will work across Android, iOS/iPadOS and the web version as well. Premium features are the same regardless of where you purchase the subscription (Web, Google Play or Apple App Store). The price should also be the same if the same country and currency are set. The only difference is the distributor/platform handling the payment. Thanks again for using Mapy.com and greetings to Barcelona

    Dobrý den, mám opel gratland 2025, při připojení mobilu kabelem, se mapy. com normálně načtou a pu spuštění navigace úplně zmizí . Jiné navigace fungují normálně. Díky za radu.

    @Kateřina-Kellerová Dobrý den, navigaci pro nákladní auta zatím neplánujeme. Zaměřujeme se hlavně na pěší a cykloturistiku, součástí aplikace je také navigace pro osobní auta. Věříme, že na trhu najdete specializovanou aplikaci, která vám pro tento typ navigace lépe poslouží Bohužel se nemůžeme věnovat všem oblastem zároveň.

Versuchen Sie bitte nicht mehrmals hintereinander, sich anzumelden. Unser System kann dies manchmal als automatisierten Zugriff erkennen. Warten Sie bitte eine längere Weile, bevor Sie es erneut versuchen. Darf ich außerdem fragen, ob Ihr Passwort irgendwelche Sonderzeichen enthält? In manchen Fällen kann es helfen, das Passwort zu ändern und danach die Anmeldung erneut zu versuchen. Vielen Dank und ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.
