Padání mobilní aplikace

Dobrý den,
už více než dva měsíce mi při každém otevření mobilní aplikace Mapy.com aplikace okamžitě spadne. Zkoušela jsem ji odinstalovat a znovu nainstalovat, stejně tak restartovat telefon, ale bohužel nic nepomohlo.
Používám iOS 26.6.1 a mám nainstalovanou nejnovější verzi aplikace. Přesto aplikace stále nefunguje.
Budu moc ráda za jakoukoli radu nebo tip, čím by to mohlo být.
