Verifichi per favore quanto segue: il blocco può essere causato da un’app esterna – molto spesso una VPN che impedisce il caricamento dei dati, oppure da un blocco pubblicità o contenuti che ostacola l’accesso ad alcune risorse (soprattutto contenuti web).

@JanMar Dobrý den, zkoušeli jsme problém reprodukovat na našich zařízeních, ale nepodařilo se nám ho zopakovat. To může znamenat, že se jedná o specifický problém jen na Vašem zařízení. Obáváme se, že jsme se možná nepochopili – nejde o celkovou hlasitost telefonu ani médií, ale o hlasitost TTS (text-to-speech) hlasu. Každý syntetický hlas – na Androidu i iOS – má samostatné nastavení hlasitosti, výšky hlasu apod. Na iPhonu 11 ho najdete v: Nastavení → Zpřístupnění → Předčítání obsahu → (Předčítat výběr nebo Předčítat obrazovku) → Hlasy → zvolený hlas – a tam můžete upravit požadované parametry. Zkuste prosím toto nastavení projít a dejte nám vědět, jestli to pomohlo.

@Jiří-Hoplíček Funkce vyhnout se mýtnému na mapách nikdy nebyla. Pokud tedy mýtným myslíte mýtné pro kamiony (v ČR je i na některých silnicích I.tříd). Mapy nabízejí jen dvě varianty: Vyhnout se placeným úsekům - platí jen do 3,5t (tedy nikoliv mýtné pro kamiony). Vyhne se všem úsekům, kde je nutná dálniční známka, případně zpoplatněným úsekům v zahraničí jako jsou tunely apod. Vyhnout se dálnicím - vynechá všechny dálnice na trase, tedy i např. nezpoplatněné obchvaty větších měst. Pokud jste ale nemyslel mýtné jako takové, ale zpoplatněný úsek pro vozidla do 3,5t, tak ideálně nahlašte jako chybu v mapách...

@Kuba-Waliszewski Cześć Kuba! Dziękujemy za pytanie. Odpowiem również tutaj - może odpowiedź będzie przydatna dla innych użytkowników. Tutaj jest link do Pomocy CarPlay - są tam użyteczne informacje, konkretnie: Android Auto i CarPlay mają pewne ograniczenia – np. nie można zaplanować trasy z punktami przelotowymi bezpośrednio w systemie pojazdu. W takim przypadku przygotuj trasę wcześniej na telefonie i zapisz ją np. w Moje Mapy. Należy najpierw otworzyć trasę w planerze na telefonie lub uruchomić nawigację na telefonie, a dopiero potem przełączyć widok na CarPlay lub Android Auto, aby trasa z wieloma punktami pośrednimi została wyświetlona w samochodzie W tym wypadku - należy uruchomić zapisaną trasę bezpośrednio w telefonie - potem przełączyć na widok CarPlay. Trasa zostanie wyświetlona w samochodzie.

Dobrý den, brzy budu cestovat po Islandu a chtěl bych si zobrazit čísla horských silnic (F-Roads). Momentálně se mi ale zobrazuje pouze název silnice, nikoli její číslo (např. F210). Je nějaký způsob, jak si mohu nechat zobrazit konkrétní čísla těchto F-Roads? Děkuji!

Bohužel to zatím nejde. Toto jsem již navrhoval v původním fóru, a i zde se to již probíralo, ale zatím se na to nedostalo, nemá to prioritu. Předpokládám, že poznámky (max 5000 znaků) se budou exportovat do značky <desc>. A až se k tomu v mapách dostanou - k úpravám exportu - tak doufám udělají i import, aby se naopak značka <desc> zase vložila do poznámky. Tím půjde lépe zálohovat body a stopy.

There is one possibility: if you deleted the track on the web from your PC and didn’t have the app running on your mobile at that time (so synchronization didn’t occur), then the tracks may still be on your mobile — if they were there after the last (previous) sync. If that’s the case, first disable mobile data and Wi-Fi on your phone (or enable airplane mode), and only then launch the Mapy.com app. This way, synchronization won’t happen, and the app will still have the local data. You can then export individual tracks or entire folders to GPX files. The exported files will then remain stored in your phone's memory — these are separate files and not part of your account, so nothing will delete them automatically. If you're able to export the tracks successfully, you can then turn your data connection back on and allow the app to sync. The tracks will be removed from the mobile app as well — there's no way around that. If you deleted the tracks from your mobile device, it's likely that you were connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data, so the deletion was immediately synchronized. In that case, the data is no longer available even in your web account. If you manage to create GPX files, you can then import them back into your account. If they are recorded tracks, make sure to select “Activity” in the import settings (pencil icon) during the import process.

@T-C Ve vlákně jsou příspěvky dalších lidí, kteří by je po smazání marně hledali ve svém účtu... Změnil jsem název vlákna.

Ještě sem dám odkaz na vlákno, ke popisuji, jak na to uvedené Usnadnění - Zvětšení Osobně to používám, a nemáte-li po ruce brýle, tak to je dobře použitelné.

@alexandra.kuenzel I have checked it now: I have installed a so called configuration profile „DNS forge over TLS“. It blocks ads on websites. I checked on their site if mapy.com or mapy.cz are blocked but they are not. So maybe that is not the problem…?

@Pavla-Bartošíková Ad "aiming to make it more universal and accessible for a broader audience" I was not convinced, but nevertheless the automatic translation on FB works correctly and smoothly. So I think we don't need another fanpage, because the one run in Czech users can with one click translate to the default language they have FB set in. My point is also that I find it tiresome to rummage through hundreds of fan pages that interest me, just because creators specialise/atomise their work in separate FPs. But that's my perspective, I don't know much about social media and customer relations, so I believe the decision is an informed one. Thanks for answer Pája.

@Dana-Michalovska navigace dvou bodů vzdusnou čarou by byla fajn funkce. Když tam ale reálně cesta je, tak ji zazanmenejte na Stopaře a nahlaste chybu v mapě, ať tam tu cestu přidají. Příště se tudy Vy i ostatní budete moci navigovat.

Máme také stejný problém. Hlasy přestaly fungovat u obou. Stáhli jsme si další u siri. Nic. Navcigace jen šeptá. Dva Iphony - 13 a 16. Oba aktualizované. U obou přeinstalovaná aplikace. Stejný problém i u Waze, fungovalo a te´d jen šeptá. Android funguje normálně. Tak kde je chyba?

Saved tracks - whether imported GPX files or those recorded with the tracker - are stored in your account in an internal format. You can find them only under “My Maps” or in a specific folder where you chose to save them. If you’re asking how to get a GPX file, you can do that by exporting the track. Open the track from where you saved it, and there should be an export option (either as an icon or under the three-dot menu).

@Martin-Pištora I understand that we can’t force everyone to write in a specific language (English), but I believe English should be the main language if mapy.com aims to be international. The argument that the developers are Czech doesn’t really hold — I assume all of them speak English. However, the current forum format unintentionally encourages everyone to post in their native language. That’s fine in theory, but in practice it fragments the discussion. For example, imagine there’s a thread in Italian. You might translate it into Czech just to understand it, but if you want to reply, you’ll probably try to write in Italian to keep the discussion in that language - expecting other Italian users to respond. But writing in Czech and relying on machine translation into Italian could create even more confusion than simply using English, which most translation tools handle better and more reliably. If things continue this way, in a few years the majority of posts may end up in Czech. I doubt foreign users will be willing to translate each individual post just to understand what’s being discussed. As a possible solution, I’d suggest considering automatic translation integrated directly into the forum, similar to how YouTube comments work. This would allow users to write in their native language while readers could view the content in the language of their choice. But for this to work, the translation quality needs to be truly reliable - especially for titles and content important for search and context. Until something like that is implemented, using English as the primary language is the most practical and inclusive way to keep the forum accessible to everyone.

@Vilém Vyhnout se dálnicím zůstane zřejmě v Premium. Ale větší část funkcí, které připravujeme jde pro všechny a není v obecně Premium.
