Hello,
In the Peugeot Rifter, there’s no option in the settings to “disable the GPS module.”

There is, however, an option to “disable location sharing,” but I’m not sure whether that physically disconnects the module.
After performing this action, the built-in TomTom map stops working and displays a message saying there’s no signal. Still, the issue with mapy.com seems to remain the same.

I also tried disabling location assistance on the phone (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), but that didn’t help either.
Take a look — in this video, we’re testing maps from Maps.me, and the issue with fluctuating speed does not occur.

The problem with Android Auto and Mapy.com has been occurring for a long time and in several previous versions of the app.
I only reported the issue now because I was waiting to test it with a new phone.

I ran a few more tests with the new version of the app. The problem still occurs — and only with Mapy.com.

I have experienced exactly the same issue, on two different phones, with Android Auto in Citroen C4 SpaceTourer. The navigation speed info drops down and restores in random intervals and as a result, the maps zooms in and out. This makes the navigation practically unusable.

I tried other navigations (Google Maps, Here WeGo, Magic Earth) on the same hardware, and there is no such issue.
So I dare to say it must be a problem in Mappy.com app.

Exacts same issue. Nissan Leaf 2019, other apps work fine as mentionned. Makes mapy.com almost unusable for navigation

@Jakub-Faifer Stejný problém, dokonce to není závislé na vozidle. I když nastavím navigaci úplně mimo vozidle jen na mobilu (Samsung s24) , neustále se ztrácí informace o poloze, cyklicky

@Vladislav-Šmarda @arti11 @jirka-rozsypal @tonda-sidon @fabian.sipp @filip-zach Dobrý den, v pátek večer jsme vydali aktualizaci aplikace. Podívejte se prosím do obchodu s aplikacemi, zda tam na vás nečeká nová verze. Tento problém by v ní již měl být opraven. Omlouváme se za způsobené potíže.

O víkendu jsem navigaci vyzkoušel a chyba se neprojevila. Takže to vypadá, že problém je vyřešený. Díky.

Ano od verze 26020206 je to OK.
Akorát úplně 100% to není, jednou za cestu po Hradecké dálnici se mi to teď v sobotu stalo. Rychlost skočila na 0 a mapa začne zoomovat. Běhen velmi krátké chvíle se tam zase vrátila zpět dálniční rychlost a mapa odzoomovala zpátky.
Při zpáteční cestě se mi to nestalo. Takže dobrý.

Dobrý den, jen doplnění k verzi 26020206: U mě bohužel chyba není vyřešená. Mám Mapy.com 26.2.2 (26020206) a při navigaci přes Android Auto (USB) se stále opakovaně stává (v nepravidelných intervalech i několikrát za minutu), že rychlost/poloha na chvíli spadne a mapa začne zoomovat. Je to velmi rušivé. Ověřeno na Samsung Z Flip6 i Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. Verze Android Auto 16.1.660414 (161660414). Mimo Android Auto je vše OK a jiné navigace v AA to nedělají. U předchozích verzí Mapy.com jsem tento problém neměl.
