    Dobrý den, až donedávna se při zadání čísla vlakové trati, např. trať 170, označila celé délka trati červenou čárou. Nyní se na mapě pouze jediný bod, kterým trať prochází. To je nová funkcionalita, nebo (krátkodobý) výpadek?

    Ahoj všichni. Chci se zeptat, zda se někomu zobrazují upozornění na “obtížné úseky”, které bylo prý přidáno. Mám Iphone 17 pro max, mapy aktualizované a nic se mi nezobrazuje

    @Jakub-Faifer Dobrý den. Mám nejnovější verzi. Aktualizováno před 3 dny a dnes navigace po cca 15 ti minutách jízdy opět “spadla”. Zrcadlení přes CarPlay, IPhone 16.

    Dobrý den, mám opel gratland 2025, při připojení mobilu kabelem, se mapy. com normálně načtou a pu spuštění navigace úplně zmizí . Jiné navigace fungují normálně. Díky za radu.

    @daniel.stolte Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback. Right now, the map scale bar is still tied to metric units and doesn’t fully switch with the rest of the unit settings. We understand this is confusing, especially when planning trips in countries using imperial units like the US. It’s something we would like to improve in the future to make the experience more consistent. Thanks for pointing it out and for trying Mapy.com!

    @Kateřina-Kellerová Dobrý den, navigaci pro nákladní auta zatím neplánujeme. Zaměřujeme se hlavně na pěší a cykloturistiku, součástí aplikace je také navigace pro osobní auta. Věříme, že na trhu najdete specializovanou aplikaci, která vám pro tento typ navigace lépe poslouží Bohužel se nemůžeme věnovat všem oblastem zároveň.

    @peter353 Guten Tag, danke für Ihre Nachricht. Das ist tatsächlich merkwürdig, wenn die Anmeldung auf anderen Geräten funktioniert. Versuchen Sie bitte nicht mehrmals hintereinander, sich anzumelden. Unser System kann dies manchmal als automatisierten Zugriff erkennen. Warten Sie bitte eine längere Weile, bevor Sie es erneut versuchen. Darf ich außerdem fragen, ob Ihr Passwort irgendwelche Sonderzeichen enthält? In manchen Fällen kann es helfen, das Passwort zu ändern und danach die Anmeldung erneut zu versuchen. Vielen Dank und ich freue mich auf Ihre Rückmeldung.

    Email adresu nejde změnit. Emal definuje účet. Jeden email = jeden účet. Stejně jako máte v novém emailu prázdnou historii (žádné předchozí emaily), tak máte i prázdné Moje mapy. Jiný email je prostě jiný účet, a i pokud jste měl premium na předchozím emailu, tak premium také zůstává u daného emailu.

    @CRAZY-RIDER W aplikacji Możesz również ustawić pinezkę przez dotknięcie miejsca na mapie. Gdy pojawi się pinezka dotykasz ją i klikasz w etykietę, która pojawi się na dole ekranu. Wyświetli się strona pina. Na niej wchodzisz w 'Dodaj brakujące miejsce'. W wersji webowej na komputerze Prawym przyciskiem myszy w wybranym miejscu na mapie, pojawi się menu i wybierasz 'Dodaj brakujące miejsce'. Dobrze jest też sprawdzić w 'Określ na mapie' czy umiejscowienie tworzonego miejsca na pewno jest zamierzonym.

    @Standa-Komínek Uživatelský sběr trpí mnoha neduhy a dřív nebo později to tu komunitu utaví. Proto ani o tom neuvažujeme, líbí se nám automatika a pokud se Orlen rozhodl ceny nezvěřejňovat, je to jejich boj.

    Thank you for the answer. In my use-case I would like to use the map as a "fixed map" on screen while hiking. Here a quick update is not important because the main purpose is to save battery during long hikes. I would only have to change the "fixed map" for each 5 km (depending on the size of the e-reader and the map-zoom needed for the specific terrain). My idea is to try out a 6'' e-reader with android OS.
