I bought a premium account using play store but the android app does not recognize it.
How could I fix this ?
Is there a way to contact mapy.com team directly ?Thanks a lot,

Are you using the same account?
The account is determined by the email address, and it’s often different for Google Play and for Mapy.com. -

@Patrick-Hoebeke The Google Play and Mapy.com accounts might be different. Please check if you have another account in Mapy.com app— the Mapy.com license is valid for the account you used during the purchase. If you don’t see the license after purchase, simply switch the application off and on. If you still have problems with the Premium version, contact our support team and we will help you.

Ik heb geprobeerd via de apple app store Premium in te stellen.
Er is een credit card afschrijving van 0 euro gedaan.
Maar het premium account verschijnt niet. Ik heb alles geprobeerd en ben volledig de weg kwijt. -
@Lex-Hartogensis Probeer alstublieft eerst de app uit te schakelen en weer op te starten.
Als het dan nog niet werkt, kunt u proberen de app opnieuw te installeren.
Mocht het probleem daarna nog steeds optreden, neem dan contact op met onze ondersteuning.
