How could I fix this ?

Als het dan nog niet werkt, kunt u proberen de app opnieuw te installeren.

Er is een credit card afschrijving van 0 euro gedaan.
Maar het premium account verschijnt niet. Ik heb alles geprobeerd en ben volledig de weg kwijt.

Please check if you have another account in Mapy.com app— the Mapy.com license is valid for the account you used during the purchase. If you don’t see the license after purchase, simply switch the application off and on. If you still have problems with the Premium version, contact our support team and we will help you.

The account is determined by the email address, and it’s often different for Google Play and for Mapy.com.
