      Hello,
      I'm encountering an issue when trying to log in to the Mapy.com app on a Samsung phone with Android. After entering my email address and password, an error message appears: Error 464 – Robot detected.
      Could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem?

        @Jonas In this case, you will need to wait, as it is a security block of the IP address due to repeated failed login attempts. The block is usually for 24 hours, during which we recommend waiting without trying to log in again. If possible, you can try logging in from a different IP address, such as using mobile data. If this block persists for several days, we recommend contacting customer support: https://o-seznam.cz/napoveda/
