Nefunkční aplikace po poslední aktualizaci na iPhone SE (3. Generace)
-
@Sandro-Elčič Dobrý den, zkoušeli jsme u nás navodit na stejném zařízení, ale u nás se neděje. Jakou máte verzi aplikace, verzi OS, apod. Asi by pomohlo chybu nahlásit přímo z aplikace, tam uvidíme více diagnostických údajů. Díky

@Jakub-Faifer
It is not possible to do anything in the app with this failure. I can just see this (see screenshot). There is a small white bar on the bottom, that seems to be like something you can swipe upwards but that is not possible.
I could only log in on my laptop but that of course is another device… -
I have iphone XS, iOS version 18.5, mapy version 6.53.1 (I suppose, as I cannot check in the app, but it is the latest version that is offered in the Appstore)
-
@alexandra.kuenzel iOS 18.5 is not an official release but only a beta version, which may exhibit various behavioral issues. This tends to happen repeatedly with each new iOS version, and things usually stabilize by the time the official release comes out.
-
@Jakub-Faifer but the problem was there before the 18.5 update.
According to Chip the final version of ios 18.5 was released on May 13th. So I should have the final version. -
It looks like there's some kind of card inserted at the bottom — is it not possible to swipe it up or remove it in some way?
-
-
@alexandra.kuenzel I could go to the Apple store and ask them what this card thing on the bottom may be. Perhaps they have some kind of trick to swipe it up…
-
@alexandra.kuenzel We think we’ve figured out what’s going on — we’ll fix it in the next version. Thanks!
-
From other user "I shoved the problem. As you said it was card which was blocked by vpn."
Could it be the same issue on your side as well? -
@Jakub-Faifer I don‘t use VPN. But I have installed something to block commercials on websites.
-
@alexandra.kuenzel I have checked it now: I have installed a so called configuration profile „DNS forge over TLS“. It blocks ads on websites. I checked on their site if mapy.com or mapy.cz are blocked but they are not. So maybe that is not the problem…?
