After I reinstalled both apps on my smartphone and smartwatch I cannot see navigation arrows anddirections anymore only vibrations. It keeps displaying ENTER DESTINATION ON YOUR PHONE. also when using saved routes mobile phone keeps displaying WAITING FOR GPS for a long time Why can't you just make it possible to save offline maps directly on smartwatches and .gpx files like original Samsung app does and you leave smartphone at home

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem. I got the app for my S25 and the app for my Watch 7, and I have Premium. I was hoping to get the navigation displayed on the Watch 7 as well, like it works with Google Maps. Of course, I granted all the necessary permissions for the apps and logged in with the same account. Unfortunately, the navigation isn't transferred to the watch after it's started on the phone. The display still shows "PLEASE ENTER YOUR ROUTE ON YOUR PHONE." Support responded to my inquiry by telling me to reinstall the app on the watch. I've done this several times without success. If anyone has a solution, that would be great.

I have the same problem with a similar combination. S25 + Galaxy watch 7 Ultra.
Please give a response to this, as this is why i bought the Premium Feature. If it is not working i will try to get a refund. -
Same problem here, all was working fine some while ago. Today I recognized, that the watch is no longer showing directions. Has there been an update that broke this functionality? My watch keeps displaying that I need to set the destination on the phone, but my watch indeed is vibrating when I have to turn left/right.

I have updated the Phone app to 26.2.1 (26020104)
The Smartwatch Version is the same 1.3.0 (2025)I uninstalled the app on both devices, reinstalled the app and logged in again.
For me it looks the same: vibrations: yes, display still shows roughly "enter your target on phone".
So still no directions.Maybe the others have a different experience?
With kind regards,

@Tobias-W Hi, please search for Mapy.com in the Play Store on your watch and update it from there. Let me know if that helps.

@Ewelina
Thank you very much! The update for the watch was not shown to me in the playstore app on the phone.
But as you have written, on the watch itsself, i had an update available.
After the update in the watch to 26.2.0, it works as described.Thank you very much for the quick response and the bugfix!
With kind regards,

Working for me, too! Thank you.

@Ewelina Thx for fixing the issue it saved me from resetting my mobile phone as I thought it's my mobile that's to blame
However if I want to use my saved routes I have to start and stop and start again the navigation because on my watch it freezes the first time it's started and on mobile phone everything is OK from first start.. -
Hi. I have the same issue between my Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 4. The smartphone's app version is 26.7.1. Oh the watch is installed the app version 26.2.1. Premium account. Both devices are connected to the same account. In the smartphone app I can see my watch paired. On the watch in the app I see the text "Enter your destination on your phone" but when I start any navigation on the smartphone, nothing happens on my Galaxy Watch. Even after restarting both devices, reinstalling the apps, re-login to the account, clearing cache, giving all permission, disabling battery saving, switching on notifications on both deviced. Nothing helps.

@Alex-Pshechuk Hi, navigation is only available when your phone is paired with your watch. The watch is used to display the navigation instructions running in the app on the phone. It works for all types of navigation: by car, on foot, on bike. Instead of voice instructions, it offers haptic response by vibrating. You can find the vibration settings in the app on your phone (Menu – Settings – Watch).

@Ewelina thank you for your answer. My watch is paired with the phone when I'm trying to get the navigation instruction from the phone on the watch but I don't get them. I already tried everything.
-
@Alex-Pshechuk Hi! The watch app works a bit differently from the phone app. It doesn't display navigation on a map—instead, it provides turn-by-turn directions using arrows and distance information. So you won't find the map-based navigation on the watch itself.
-
@Ewelina Yes, I know that. But the issue is that I don't get any navigation instructions on my watch from the phone even if both devices are paired and navigation was started on the phone.
