Wrong names of peaks in Balkan region

Hello, I'd like to know how do you come up with names of some locations (mountain peaks for example) that are usually hard to find or undefined on other maps? To be more precise, Montenegro & Albania, Prokletije mountains. Like someone was making jokes.
For example https://mapy.com/s/rahojunube is named Dzenanov vrh (Dzenan's peak), while it is known by locals as Vukoces Siljak (Vukočes Šiljak). Dzenan is a guy that visited that peak last year and has no idea how his name got on the map.
Second one https://mapy.com/s/bovecuzubu called Maja Koke while it's just known as Kota 2394m and Koke is surname of a guy who took a picture of it and marked it. -
@Anonymous-8k Hi, thanks for your help! We get our data from OSM, so it’s possible someone entered a different name there.
If you know the correct one, we’d really appreciate it if you could update it in OSM so it’s accurate for everyone.
