Restoring accidentally deleted routes?

I accidentlly deleted my enire directory of hiking routes with almost 100 routes. It is an immense lost. Is there a way to recover them. I didn't find a trash dirrectory.....

@f.r.oleandro Hi, we’re really sorry to hear about your lost routes. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to recover deleted hiking routes in the app, as there is no trash or recovery feature.
