Mapy crashes when downloading offline maps on Samsung A54

When trying to download offline maps, Mapy crashes. You can still select the region and confirm the country. Then when confirming the download, it crashes. Can this be fixed urgently please, as I need it tomorrow.
Thank you.(Tried deleting cash and memory, also removed and re-installed the app. Problem still exists.)
