Water fountains on the maps
-
Good morning, it would be very useful to be able to view the drinking water fountains on the maps
-
@Ciao-Ciao Hi, try searching for "drinking water" in Mapy.

@Ewelina Hi Ewelina, many users unfamiliar with OSM terminology may not immediately recognize exact POI/Category labels like 'drinking water', which are used in OSM to indicate a water source.
In Mapy "Categories" section as per the screenshot below, only some of the POI categories are listed (and a few more if you scroll down the list). Drinking water is not one of them. I'd strongly suggest expanding the list to include all existing categories, allowing users to easily click on them when searching for a specific POI type, rather than leaving the users to guess which English search term to use.

@Matic-K. I completely agree with this opinion. I have tried to locate a list of all the categories used in Mapy, to no avail. It is very hard to find something if you don't know what to look for. Please add (a hyperlink to) a full list of categories (preferably in a selectable language)

Hey guys, the full list of categories has about five thousand items, I really do not believe it is in the best interest of users to have the option to see all categories
I do agree it would be nice to have the option to see more categories though. I will let the app team know that there is a demand for that feature.
Happy trails,

@Jakub-Groman Interesting - I would've thought there are hundreds/thousands of POI icons, but not actually that many categories.
Well, in that case I trust you keep a good track of what users search for and you could probably narrow it down to at least 30 or so most common categories for users to pick from the list.
