My Mapy data lost

ciao everyone,
I had to replace my old smartphone, which is no longer accessible. Thanks to the backup, I was able to restore all the apps I used, including Mapy.
However, my saved locations in"My Mapy" are no longer there. I logged in using the same account I had on my previous phone, but my saved data cannot be found.

Please make sure you are logged in with exactly the same account you used on your previous device. If your saved places and activities were synchronized with our servers (we assume your old device was connected to the internet), they should still be available.
You can also check this by logging in to your account on our website: https://mapy.com.
Let us know if you can find your data there. -

I have verified that I am logged in with my usual account. However, despite this, I cannot see anything in My Mapy. -
@francesco-firpo Not on the app or the website either? Your data shouldn't disappear once it has been synced with our servers. However, it must have been successfully synced and saved there first.

Hi, yes, both of them. I probably only had them stored on the device. Never mind, it's nothing serious.
