Offline maps become unavailable after restarting Mapy.com on vivo X200 Ultra

Hello Mapy.com Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with offline maps on the following device:

Device:​ vivo X200 Ultra
Android version:​ Android 16
App version:​ Mapy.com 26.9.3 (version code 26090302), official Google Play version
Steps to reproduce:​

Select external storage and download the Beijing offline map.
Wait until the app shows that the download is complete.
Turn off both Wi-Fi and mobile data. The Beijing map can still be viewed offline.
Close the app by removing it from the recent apps screen.
Reopen the app while still offline.
Actual result:​
Beijing is no longer shown as downloaded, and the download button reappears. The Beijing map can no longer be displayed offline.

Expected result:​
Downloaded offline maps should remain available after restarting the app, without an internet connection.

Additional observations:​

Switching to another app and returning to Mapy.com without closing it does not cause the issue.
When I select internal app storage instead, the download progress does not advance.
I did not uninstall the app, clear its data, or manually delete any map files between downloading and reopening it.
Could you please investigate whether this is a storage or offline-map state restoration issue? I cannot confirm whether the map files are actually being deleted or whether the app simply fails to recognize them after restarting.

And after, the map view also resets to the same location in the Czech Republic at the same zoom level, instead of restoring the last viewed area.

thank you for the detailed description. Could you please send us a report directly from the app via Issues and feedback?
The diagnostic information will allow us to check whether the offline maps are actually downloaded correctly and whether the app recognizes them properly after restarting.
