Routing always tells me to turn left at a specific point where I need to continue straight

When approaching the crossroads at Konrad-Adenauer-Straße / Bülows Kamp I always get voice prompts to turn left, interestingly the actual "Turn left now" call comes about 40 meters before the crossing. If I take the left at the crossroad, the navigation immediately tells me to take the fourth exit at the next roundabout and then turn left to get me back on my route. If I just continue straight it acts as if I had followed the instruction perfectly.

I've had this happen twice before in the Netherlands at different locations. First time was when I was driving westbound on the N57 / "Dammenweg". My destination was in Ouddorp. Mapy told me to exit the highway at N496 / Zwartedijk. As I didn't have the map open - driving on a motorcycle I only get voice prompts - and did not know the area, I followed the instruction. As soon as I did it started giving me instructions to get me back on the N57. Marked the section as a route here: https://mapy.com/s/hehevadosu

The other time was in Borne, driving from "Het Plein" onto "Americalaan" to get back onto the A1. That should've been two right turns and then another right turn to get onto the on ramp. Instead, mapy told me to make a left turn onto Americaalaan and then at the roundabout told me take the 4th exit (turn around) and only then routed me onto the A1. To be clear, in all three instances the route was shown as it is shown now on the website and in the app when I started navigation.

If timing is relevant, the first one happened yesterday, the other two happend in April of this year.

Would be great if whatever causes this could be fixed.
