Serious navigation problem - cost us money!!

Hello Mapy.cz Team,

I am writing to report a serious navigation error that occurred in A Coruña, Spain.

Today, your navigation directed us to the wrong side of the railway station. The app led us to a location where there was no public entrance to the station. We followed the route exactly as shown, only to discover that we had been taken to the wrong side of the tracks.

As a result, we had to turn around and walk back, adding approximately 3 kilometers to our journey. Because of this delay, we missed our train.

What is particularly concerning is that this was not an isolated incident. Similar routing errors have happened to us multiple times while using Mapy.cz. The same incorrect route was displayed on two different phones, which suggests that the problem lies in the map data or routing system rather than in the devices themselves.

Navigation is the core function of a navigation application. While new features and improvements are always welcome, accurate routing to actual entrances and accessible locations should remain the highest priority. When navigation fails, users can lose time, money, reservations, transportation connections, and confidence in the application.

I ask that you investigate this issue and review the station mapping and routing data for A Coruña railway station. I also hope that greater attention will be given to entrance accuracy and pedestrian routing in future updates.
