Offline maps

Hello everyone.
Yesterday i installed mapy on my phone. When i tried to download an offline map i couldnt find this option since nothing shows up where it is wrotten offline maps, etc.Please help! Really need it.

Vlevo dole na mapě (ikona tri čárky) otevřete hlavní menu a tam je položka Offline mapy. Pokud nemáte Premium můžete si stáhnout jen mapu jednoho státu

On my map i don't even have three lines icon. I was looking for it first. I can't find it.
I made a screenshot of how mapy looks like for me but i cant attach file here.I already registered and have an account.
It is a new vetsion of an app. I downloaded it a few days ago. -

@Jan-Kuchař this means i can't download offline map while i am using my phone? I didn't know about it. I will try a desktop later. Incredible. When we travel we need it in mobile version.

@helenborodina you can download offline maps on your phone in the mapy.com application downloaded from google play/apple app store. The screenshot you sent suggest that you are using mapy.com in internet browser on your phone and offline maps are not available there.

I have an app installed on my phone. It's not in browser. Today I logged in from the computer and still the same problem I don't see these 3 lines where there is main menu from where people download offline maps.
I am very puzzled. -
@helenborodina forget the computer and the browser.
Open the Mapy.com app on your phone. In the app there will be the 3 lines.

@Jan-Bína finally I uninstalled the app. It was mapy.cz !!!
I installed mapy.com instead and offline maps showed up! I am downloading. I can't get it who created mapy.cz app without offline maps -
