Pulsfunktion nicht aktivierbar

nach Neuinstallation kann Pulsfunktion auf smartwatch (Galaxy) nicht in mapy aktiviert werden.

@Gunter-Bisle Ich benutze einen Übersetzer, um Ihre Frage zu verstehen und darauf antworten zu können, und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich alles richtig verstanden habe.
In der Mapy.com-App auf der Smartwatch gibt es die Online-Karte, Navigation und Tracker. Die Funktion zur Pulsmessung ist jedoch nicht vorhanden.
Können Sie bitte bestätigen, dass ich das richtig verstanden habe? -
@Ewelina No, Page 3 Shows the heart rate, but i can read only the button: "activate sensor", after pressing there is no reaction and i cannot see my heart rate in the mapy app.
