Problema funzionamento app

Da iPhone con l’ultima versione rimane bloccata sulla mappa e non permette di fare nulla e di accedere qualsiasi pulsante/menu.
Ho re installato anche l’app ma non é cambiato.
É un problema dell’ultima versione?

Verifichi per favore quanto segue: il blocco può essere causato da un’app esterna – molto spesso una VPN che impedisce il caricamento dei dati, oppure da un blocco pubblicità o contenuti che ostacola l’accesso ad alcune risorse (soprattutto contenuti web).
