Čo robiť,keď mi nezobrazuje mapu v hodinkách Apple Watch ”?Ukazuje mi len hlášku “ Akciu dokončíte v telefóne “

Dobrý den,
prosíme zkontrolujte, že máte Mapy.com aktualizované na nejnovější verzi jak v telefonu, tak na Apple Watch a že jste v telefonu přihlášená k účtu s aktivním Premium. Mapa na hodinkách je dostupná pouze online, proto je potřeba připojení k internetu.
Pokud to nepomůže, pošlete nám prosím hlášení přímo z aplikace, uvidíme tak více diagnostických dat a budeme moci lépe prověřit, kde je chyba.
