Completely disable voice navigation

Hi everyone,
You can disable voice navigation in the navigation settings. However, if you’re listening to music or something else on the same phone while driving, the volume is lowered as soon as a navigation instruction is due. In other words, you don’t hear the navigation instructions because you’ve turned them off, but the audio focus still switches to the Mapy app and the volume of whatever else you’re listening to is lowered—which is constantly annoying and disruptive. Is there any way to fix this problem? -
@xytest123 Hello, thank you for the detailed description of the problem. Could you please tell us which device you’re using (phone model, Android or iOS, OS version, and app version), and whether you’re using Android Auto or CarPlay?
It would also help if you could describe step by step what you do so that we can try to reproduce the issue on our side. You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as this is the quickest and easiest solution and may help.
