Track is interrupted and I cannot close it

Sometimes I want to join two points going along a local road, and Mapy does not allow me to do it. I have faced this issue in three different occasions, and have not found a workaround. It's frustrating.

Mapy.com currently avoids minor land-access roads for car navigation. Do you know whether this road is open to motor vehicles, what the road's surface is, or if there is a speed limit in place?
