Too many questions when uploading pics

I took a picture this morning facade of a bakery and couldn't upload it because you want postal codes and much more...
What did I do wrong?
Is it possible to upload pics later in the day ? -
Hello,
you can upload photos at any time. If the bakery already exists on the map, simply open the place and add the photo to it. You can also press and hold the location on the map and add a photo there.If you choose “Add a new place”, the app will ask for more information such as the address, because you are creating a new point rather than just adding a photo.
