Mapy.com app doesn’t work abroad

I am in Italy, Lombardia on the camping. Mapy.cz doesn’t work. When i start the app, maps (normal, satelite) don’t want to download.

Website work ok!

Please try downloading the offline maps while connected to a different Wi-Fi or using mobile data.
Often a device or router restart helps, or try resetting the connection to the phone (forget the network and reconnect).

If none of the above helps, please delete the app data.
Phone settings – app manager – Mapy.com – clear app data

If you're downloading offline maps to an SD card:
Please restart the device and try again.
It can also help not to move the app to the card in the app manager. Ideally, keep the app in the internal memory (application) and select and save the app data (maps) to the SD card.
Alternatively, go to Mobile device settings > app manager > Mapy.com > permissions > grant storage access.

The option to save to SD card is offered when downloading your first offline map.
If you want to change the storage, delete the maps and choose where to store them again.
You can find the app data at the path – Android/data/cz.seznam.mapy/files

Thank you for the Inf.
I have iPhone, than i cant’t delate data. I have already try uninstal and instal app again, but it doesn’t work.

Try to Download offline map, by the mobile Internet also does not work

I try to find some other wifi, but around camping it could by hard.
