Nahrávání fotek v aplikaci

Dobrý den,
nový telefon fotí některé fotografie v rozlišení 50MP. Pro ušetření místa fotím ve formátu HEIC. Velikost fotografií je pak do 20 MB. Nahrávání fotek v aplikaci někdy nefunguje. Po vybrání fotografie se to v aplikaci tváří, že se fotografie nahrála, ale nic se nestalo. Existuje nějaké omezení na velikost nebo formát fotografie? Přes webové rozhraní mi to HEIC fotografie nechce vzít vůbec, po převedení do JPEG se zase nevejdu do velikosti 35 MB. V aplikaci to umí některé HEIC fotky nahrát, jiné ne.
