    not able to log in via app on iPhone (while able via browser)

      hello,
      as suggested by the chat on mapy.com, I'm here to ask the reason why I'm not able to login on my iPhone via app.
      anywhere else (iPhone browser, Desktop browser, etc...) I can regularly log in.
      I can provide any screenshots you think you'll need

        @fabiopanicco Please check whether you have a cookie blocker, ad blocker, or antivirus software installed. Try signing in via the three dots in the top right corner and choose “Open in browser”, or change the default browser on your mobile device. If the problem persists, we recommend reinstalling the app.

          @Ewelina HI, and thanks for the replay.

          • On my iPhone I didn't installed any of that.
          • Whatever browser I chose as the default one (so far I tried Safari, Opera, Qwant, Chrome and Mozilla Firefox), the result didn't change.
          • I don't see any "three dots" in the top right corner of my iPhone, there's a "Open in browser" on bottom right, after few other steps
          • on my iPhone if I want to log in via browser I must uninstall the app, otherwise it's automatically opened
          • if I select "Open in browser", Chrome (for example) takes me to the app, and tells me there that it couldn't open the link. Then asks if I want to view it on my browser: If I select yes, the question reappears

            @fabiopanicco Thank you for all the information. If you could send us a screenshot of the error message, that would be great (now it stays on your computer).

            Do you have anything on your iPhone that could be blocking the login? You could try changing the default browser in Settings → Applications (for example, to Chrome if you’ve been using Safari). I understand you’ve already tried this without success.

            The next step would be to try reinstalling the app. Please let us know if that helps.

            One of our users mentioned the following solution: “I had to change the password to one without special characters, only letters and numbers.” Do you have any special characters in your password? You could try changing it to letters and numbers only to see if that resolves the issue.

              I do have something that's blocking the login, evidently :). If I only knew what...
              I tried to change as the default one all the browser I listed before, without success
              I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app several time. every time I check in the login on my iPhone via browser will succeed, for example (I need to uninstall the app, otherwise the browsers open the app automatically)
              I do have special characters in my password. I'll set a new one without any of them and then I'll be back to update you.
