it looks like I’m not able to login on the app (iphone smartphone) while I can via web (s as this question suggest)
what I’m doing wrong on my iphone?

Try logging in via the three dots in the top right corner and selecting “Open in browser,” or alternatively, change your default browser on your mobile device. If the problem still persists, we recommend reinstalling the app.
