Mappy.cz very slow

Hello,
Since 2 months, Mappy.cz is very slow, quite impossible to use with the free version.
I receive the message:
'Mappy.cz doesn't response
Close the application or wait ' -
Performance is not related to the subscription – the free version is not limited in this regard.
Please provide more details – are you using a PC or mobile device, which operating system and version, etc.
In most cases, slowness is related to internet speed, as a large amount of data (map tiles) is downloaded online. On mobile, if the connection is slow, use pre-downloaded offline maps – for one country this is possible even in the free version.On PC, it’s possible your browser is "clogged" – try clearing your browser data (history), or test another browser. And so on.

Have the same feeling; since ~May/June 2025, current ver.9.72, android 14. App is very slow, lags, drain battery. I use offline maps, premium version. It looks like app can't manage (render) too much amount of data/details on map.

Rovnaký problém už niekoľko týždňov aplikácia viac menej nepoužiteľná. Ako čítam hodnotenia na play store tak ma tento problém veľmi veľa ľudí ale nik ešte nepridal riešenie, asi zrušim premium a hodnotenie na play store budem nútený tiež zmeniť

Dobrý den,
pokud se aplikace na mobilu nechová podle očekávání, zkuste ji prosím odinstalovat a znovu nainstalovat z Obchodu Play – během aktualizace se někdy může něco pokazit (to se občas stává u každé aplikace).
Pokud se jedná o recenze nebo padání aplikace – sledujeme obojí každý den a množství chyb není vyšší než obvykle. Jakmile si všimneme nějaké chyby, okamžitě se snažíme ji opravit.
