Unable to login after purchasing Premium

I purchased Premium, but I am unable to use it. I purchased via the IPS app store; I am using an Iphone 13. The phone shows me as logged in but the buy Premium icon is still there. When I click on it, I get a screen that says „Information not available. Check your internet connection.” I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again - not working. The email used for my Apple ID account and mapy.com is the same one.
I am frustrated and unable to contact tech support in any other way.
