@Daniel-L Přesně to mě teď při hledání místa na výlet na víkend napadlo taky, byla by to velká přidaná informace. OSM to zvládá rozlišovat (světle zelená vs světle žlutá) ZTM od ČÚZK taky (žlutá vs bílá), tak by to bylo super i v mapy.com aby člověk nemusel přepínat zdroje.

@danorm12 Während der Navigation wird die Verkehrssituation jede Minute geladen und aktualisiert. Ebenso werden alle paar Minuten alternative Routen überprüft, sodass Ihnen die App diese während der Fahrt gegebenenfalls anbieten kann. Aus Sicht des Nutzers ist nichts weiter erforderlich. Natürlich müssen Sie während der Fahrt online sein, damit diese Informationen verfügbar sind. Vielen Dank für Ihre Korrekturen und Beiträge – das hilft auch anderen Fahrern!

@szymonadamus79 Aby szybko zaplanować trasę, wystarczy przytrzymać palec w dowolnym miejscu na mapie i wybrać „trasa” — punkt zostanie dodany do trasy i tak można kontynuować. Wspomniana przez Ciebie aplikacja działa w ten sam sposób.

@Jiří-Urbánek Dobrý den, při plánování každé trasy po rozkliknutí jejího detailu uvidíte výškový profil, který vám pomůže se rozhodnout. Více informací najdete v nápovědě: Výškový profil Nástroj Zobrazit výškový profil vykreslí průběh stoupání a klesání na trase či při výletu po okolí. Při pohybu myší po trase se ve webové verzi na odpovídajícím místě výškovém profilu zobrazí šedá svislá linka. Stejně tak při pohybu myši po výškovém profilu se zobrazí bílá tečka na odpovídajícím místě trasy v mapě. Výškový profil je vypočítán z digitálního modelu terénu složeného z více datových zdrojů: Na území ČR a SR je používán model získaný fotogrammetricky z leteckého měřického snímkování V zahraničí je využíván model SRTM doplněný u severního a jižního modelem Aster, NASA Earth Observatory Uvedené hodnoty stoupání a klesání jsou pouze orientační. Při jejich výpočtu jsou zanedbány drobné nerovnosti terénu a naopak jsou zachovány kritické zlomové body.

@Jan-Buriánek When I open Google Maps, the arrow moves in up direction , which is very convenient for me. Unfortunately, the Maps.com app doesn't offer this option. When I set the cursor to a fixed north position, everything works fine; the map scrolls smoothly, but the arrow moves down or sideways because north is fixed. When I set it differently, the map rotates around the arrow in different directions in a shaking way I 've tested it on bicycle and in a car

@bartlomiej Thank you for this information. I didn't know you can use external GPS-units in combination with applications on other divices. It would be great if this feature could also be addeded to mapy.cz. I use mapy.cz primarily for outdoor activities, but also to look around the globe as the maps are good and my data are not shared with big tech.
