Ustawienia nawigacji - jak to działa ? Tryby kolorów - Automatyczny, Dzienny, Nocny bez względu która opcja jest wciśnięta, mapa ciągle wyświetla się tak samo, nie widać żadnej zmiany. Cieniowanie terenu - nawet online nie działa !!

@Pingu Hi, Do you have anything on your iPhone that could block logging in? For example, antivirus apps, cookie blockers, or ad blockers? Disable it. Try changing the default browser in the Settings - Applications (for example, to Chrome if you’ve been using Safari). You can try reinstalling the app. One of our users mentioned the following solution: "Had to change the password to one without special characters, only letters and numbers." Do you have any special characters in your password? Maybe you could try changing the password to letters and numbers only and see if that helps. Let us know if that helps.

@Ewelina Have the same feeling; since ~May/June 2025, current ver.9.72, android 14. App is very slow, lags, drain battery. I use offline maps, premium version. It looks like app can't manage (render) too much amount of data/details on map. Regards

Erstellen Sie dann ein neues Konto mit der gewünschten E-Mail-Adresse und aktivieren Sie dort Premium erneut. Der Inhalt Ihres Kontos („My Maps“) wird dabei nicht übertragen.

@Renata-Balažová Sdílená složka je živá. Když do ní první uživatel později přidá body či trasy, projeví se to i u druhého uživatele. Druhý uživatel ale musí pokaždé znovu složku otevírat z původního odkazu, např. z nějaké aplikace na zprávy. Pokud si druhý uživatel složku uloží do Moje mapy, už je to jeho kopie, a změny provedené prvním uživatelem se v ní neprojeví.

Hi, by “following” people usually mean starting navigation on an imported GPX route. That’s not possible yet. You can work around it by converting the GPX track into a plan - see here But you wrote “start Rastreator (rec),” which probably means “start tracker (record).” That’s the recording function, you can start it from the “Start tracker” menu, but note that this menu is not available once you’ve opened a track. So first start the tracker, and then open the route from My Maps. You can then follow the imported GPX track by checking your blue position dot against the red imported track, and at the same time a new recording will be saved of your actual movement. At the end of the trip you need to stop the recording, and it will automatically be saved to your account under Activities.

@Jan-Buriánek Akorát v režimu, kdy je zobrazená ta stopa, resp. cesta, nelze v Mapy.com nic dalšího vyhledávat. Zapsal jsem tu několik námětů, jak to zlepšit, ale nikoho to nezaujalo. Mně to připadá zásadní.

Sie können aber die Webversion ausprobieren – öffnen Sie einfach Mapy auf https://mapy.com und melden Sie sich bei Ihrem Konto an. @Ewelina a není možné toto změnit? Uložíme si trasu na kole a mám u ní fotku ze zimní tématikou. Když už jsem si zaplatil ,tak by taková maličkost nebyla problém vyřešit,co myslíte?

Hi, Sinece 20-30 days I cannot import anymore any gpx file from my iphone. I've done it a thousand times, but now, all the file gpx in the import section, are not highlighted and cannot import. Here is a screenshot on my iphone trying to import. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Thanks Emanuele

Wenn Sie die Tour als GPX-Datei (vor dem Löschen exportiert?) haben, die auch Zeitstempel enthält, können Sie sie als Aktivität importieren: In der ersten Phase des Imports (bevor Sie „Auswahl sp...“ anklicken) gibt es neben dem Track ein Stift-Symbol. Darauf klicken und den Import auf „Aktivität“ umstellen. [image: ce706401-6b1c-4e13-a21c-d36d53c0db3f.png] Falls Sie keine Aufzeichnung mehr haben, gibt es leider nichts zu importieren. Es ist aber möglich, eine Aktivität nachzubauen – also die Tour wie gefahren/gelaufen nachzuplanen und in einem externen Programm mit Zeitdaten zu versehen. Dann lässt sich diese Datei bei Mapy.com als Aktivität importieren. Eine Anleitung dazu finden Sie auf gpxmapy.cz – EN version > fast functions > other steps > creating an activity.
