<![CDATA[PREMIUM ACCOUNT: OFF-LINE MAPS DOWNLOAD - DOES NOT WORK]]>HI,
I HAVE JUST PAID MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT, AND DOWNLOADING SOME OFF-LINE MAPS.
WELL, THE SYSTEM SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK.
I HAVE COMPLETED, INDEED, THE TASK OF DOWNLOADING SUCCESSFYULLY, BUT AFTER THAT, THE PROGAM DOES NOT DISPLAY ON MY SCREEN THE MAPS, WHEN I AM OFF-LINE, AND KEEPS ASKING TO DOWNLOAD THEM AGAIN.
WHAT IS GOING ON? VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING.
IF YOU DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, I WILL BE FORCED TO REMOVE ALL THE PAYMENT AND PREMIUM ACCOUNT.

I have sorted the problem out. Probably either it was not full downolad during unstable wi-fi connection, so I proceeded as suggested: canceled, download again, restart .

After the download is complete, please restart the app and check whether the map is available offline.

If the problem continues and the app still asks you to download maps that have already been downloaded, please send us a report directly from the app via Menu - Problems and feedback - Problem with the app. This will provide us with additional technical information so we can investigate the issue more closely.
