I am unable to download an offline map in Russia.
I have selected a map to download and pressed download, but nothing is happening.
Please advise what to do.
And another question, may.com after installation, says that it is possible to have one free offline map for a single country. Does this rule appliy for entire Russia, or only to a single country region?

Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and enough free storage on your phone. Are you seeing any error message? What exactly happens when you try to download the maps?
