The Z coordinate is missing, though.</p>
<p dir="auto">During hikes / bicycle tours etc. it would be great if the approximate height of a POI could also be shown. My workaround is usually to start a routing to the POI and check the end of the elevation profile. But that is an inconvenient detour.</p>

thank you for the suggestion. Showing elevation directly for POIs definitely makes sense when planning trips.<br />
Do you often check the <a href="https://help.mapy.com/route-planning/tools/#elevation-profile" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">elevation profile</a> when planning hikes or bike trips?<br />
As a possible workaround for now, we recommend enabling the altitude information next to the navigation arrow on the map (Settings - Navigation). This way, you can see your current elevation directly while moving along the route.<br />
